In general, I think women settle far too much. A good percentage of men are just too awful to deserve a partner, and I’m not talking about their looks. We can overlook a lot there.
I am lucky to have one of the few good ones but I had to import him :)
Spot on about women settling. Guilty as charged. Took until a few years ago to find a great guy, but lots of tough times between. The issue of men and entitlement — it really seems to be what’s wrong with the world generally.
I love this and it’s oh so true. My ex, clearly a struggling 4 on a scale of 1-10, once told me he was an 8. Wtf?! Obese, hairy in all the wrong places and bare in also all the wrong places, squinty eyes - I could go on. Let’s just say I loved him for his personality. But an 8?! No way in hell.
